Six gate drivers are AEC-qualified

The UCC275xx-Q1 single- and dual-channel gate drivers provide high power efficiency and reliable operation for powertrain, bi-directional converters (12 to 48V and 12 to 400V input), onboard charging, traction inverters, ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems), safety, headlamps and instrumentation clusters.

Peak currents range from 2.5 to 5A. The automotive output-stage drivers can replace discrete totem poles. Temperature range is -40 to 140C and negative input voltage of -5V handles ground bounce in harsh environments.

The inverting functions of the UCC27518A-Q1 and UCC27519A-Q1, and non-inverting functions of the UCC27531-Q1, UCC27517A-Q1, UCC27519A-Q1 and UCC27524A-Q1 handle different types of inputs.
