AC/DC converters are for medical applications
They are certified to the latest IEC/EN60601 medical standards, as well as the EN60335 household and the IEC/EN60950 ITE standards.

The electronic circuitry is robust, while the IP68 waterproof encapsulation withstands harsh operating conditions, says the company.

The AC/DC converters are efficient power conversion modules for a variety of uses in medical, household and industrial applications in healthcare, household, sanitary, smart building, and automation equipment. They comply with requirements of the high-risk nature of medical applications, where very high standards of safety and reliability must be fulfilled. The modules take up less than 2.0 x 2.0-inch on the PCB and their compact, round shape design also allows them to be fitted into flush mount wall installations.

Certified operation is up to 5000m altitude and at temperatures ranging from -20 to 80°C.

For ease of integration, the converters are covered by the latest medical, household and ITE certifications and they pass Class B with at least 6dB below the limits without the need for any external components. They are CE-marked and carry a three-year warranty. Samples are available from all authorised distributors.
