Available from Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, the DrMOS power module is designed to produce a high-power and high-efficiency power stage for synchronous step-down applications.
According to the company, the AOZ5038QI enables high power density-voltage regulator solutions for CPU and GPU power regulation in notebook PCs, servers, and graphic cards. The standard QFN package is optimally designed to provide maximum power density and minimize parasitic inductance for minimal EMI signature.
Input voltage is 4.5 to 25V with output up to 60A and switching frequency is up to 2MHz.
