HCSK 1216 High Current Four Terminal Shunt Resistors for AI Data Server Power
Stackpole Electronics says its HCSK1216 high current four terminal shunt resistor is engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy and efficiency in current sensing applications.

The company says the HCSK1216’s innovative four-terminal design effectively separates supply current and voltage sensing paths, minimising power loss and eliminating lead resistance errors. This all-metal component combines high power handling with ultra-low resistance values, making it an outstanding choice for precision current measurement.

With a compact footprint that is said to occupy 75% less space than traditional 2725-size components, the HCSK1216 can be ideal for applications where power density and board space are critical. AI data servers are a prime example of environments that benefit from this advanced solution.

Available in 0.3, 0.5, 1, and 2 milliohm resistance values, the HCSK1216 offers tolerances as low as 1% and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of 50 ppm.

Pricing starts at $0.28 each for the 1% tolerance version.  For volume pricing and additional details, please contact Stackpole Electronics or one of its authorised distributors.
